We are delighted to support your upcoming fundraising event at Waddesdon Hall. As part of your booking, you will have full use of the main hall, kitchen, and car park for the duration of your event.
Our licensed bar will be open for your guests. As a licensed venue, we are unable to permit BYO (bring your own alcohol). All of our furniture and the PA system will also be available for you to use.
We are pleased to offer the space free of charge to support your fundraising efforts. To ensure our operational costs are covered, we require a refundable £200 deposit. This will be returned in full if the bar takings reach £200 or more.
In return, we kindly ask for the following:
- A tag for @WaddesdonHall on all advertising materials (printed posters and social media).
- At least two social media posts highlighting Waddesdon Hall as a sponsor (or one of the sponsors) of the event.
- A post‑event thank‑you acknowledging Waddesdon Hall as the venue sponsor.
