Waddesdon Hall is proud to support local charities, schools, clubs and community groups by offering our beautiful village hall as a free‑to‑hire venue for approved fundraising events. Our aim is to make your event as successful, accessible and enjoyable as possible.

What’s Included When You Host Your Fundraiser With Us

You’ll have complimentary use of:

  • The Main Hall – a spacious, flexible room suitable for performances, quizzes, auctions, fairs and social gatherings.
  • The Kitchen – ideal for catering preparation, refreshments and service.
  • The Car Park – free on‑site parking for your guests.
  • Furniture & PA System – tables, chairs and audio equipment included at no extra cost.
  • Licensed Bar – our staffed bar will be open throughout your event. As a licensed venue, we cannot permit BYO alcohol.

This package is designed to remove barriers and help you focus on raising funds for your cause.

Cost & Refundable Deposit

To support your fundraising efforts, venue hire is free of charge.
To cover operational costs, we require a refundable £200 deposit. This is returned in full if bar takings reach £200 or more during your event.

How We Support Your Event

We love celebrating the amazing work of local groups. In return for free venue hire, we simply ask for:

  • A tag for @WaddesdonHall on all printed and digital advertising.
  • At least two social media posts highlighting Waddesdon Hall as a sponsor (or one of the sponsors) of your event.

This helps us continue offering free community support and ensures your event reaches a wider audience.
