Waddesdon Hall is proud to support local fundraising and community initiatives. We offer our beautiful, versatile space for approved fundraising events on a highly accessible, community‑focused hire model.

What’s Included:

Fundraising organisers receive complimentary use of:

  • The Main Hall – a spacious, flexible room suitable for a wide range of events
  • The Kitchen – ideal for catering preparation and service
  • The Car Park – free on‑site parking for guests
  • Furniture & PA System – tables, chairs, and audio equipment included at no extra cost

Our licensed bar will be open for your event. As a fully licensed venue, we are unable to permit BYO (bring your own alcohol).

Cost & Deposit

To support fundraising efforts, the venue hire fee is free of charge.
To cover our operational costs, we require a refundable £200 deposit. This deposit is returned in full if bar takings reach £200 or more during the event.

Promotional Requirements

In return for providing the venue at no cost, we ask organisers to acknowledge Waddesdon Hall as a sponsor of the event. This includes:

  • Tagging @WaddesdonHall on all promotional materials (printed and digital)
  • A minimum of two social media posts highlighting Waddesdon Hall as a sponsor
  • A post‑event thank‑you post recognising Waddesdon Hall as the venue sponsor
