- For up to 120 seated or 220 standing
- Use of the Main Hall & outside area from 5pm the day before
- Supplier access from 9am on the day of the wedding
- Caterer access to kitchen and site from 9am
- Bar facilities from agreed time to midnight
- Undressed tables & chairs set out ready
- Undressed gift table
- Use of PA system
- Our team will take care of the full venue clear‐up at the end of your celebration

Can we decorate the hall the day before?
Yes — you have access from 5pm the day before, giving you plenty of time to set up.
Can we bring our own caterers?
Absolutely. The Foundation Package is designed for flexibility, and external caterers are welcome.
Is the bar included?
Yes, our bar team will be on site from your agreed start time until midnight.
How many guests can we invite?

Can we choose our own suppliers?
Yes — you’re free to bring any suppliers you like, from florists to DJs
