Waddesdon Hall is a great venue for children’s birthday parties. We offer two options, hall hire only and a Complete Birthday Party Package including hall hire, decorations, bouncy castle and food, see more details below.

Complete Children’s Birthday Party Package
Let us take care of everything you need for a stress-free birthday party!
Our package includes:
A full package for up to 30 children includes:
- Main Hall hire
- Decorations (the hall will be fully decorated)
- Set up for the party and clear up
- A bouncy castle supplied by Aylesbury Castle Hire & Soft Play
- Party Food (supplied in the individual boxes and contains a yoghurt, a sweet brioche, a chocolate bar, a bag of Haribo, a drink)
- Unlimited squash and water
- Party bags (sweet cones)
- An open bar for parents (on request)
- Up to 30 children
Please note face painting is not allowed during the party with our bouncy castle.

Children’s Birthday Party Booking Times
Booking slots: 9.00-13.00 0r 13.30-17.30 on Saturdays & Sundays. Please note the booking time includes set up and clean-up. We suggest actual party times are 10.00 – 12.00 or 14.30 – 16.30.


About Waddesdon Hall
Main Hall
The main hall is large enough to cater for a range of parties such as discos, multi-sports and theme-based parties.
We also have the size and height so that a 6 x 6 m bouncy castle can fit inside the hall. We have a range of rectangle and circular tables and a range of chairs which are included in the price.
We are unique in the area as we are one of the only halls with a stage including a modern PA system and a radio microphone and there is no need for a DJ! Our toilets include facilities for the disabled and baby changing.
Kitchen
The kitchen is kitted with an oven, a four ring electric hob, a fridge freezer, some kettles, a dishwasher and a hot water urn. Additional refrigeration is also available in other areas of the hall. We do not provide cooking pots, pans or trays. We also have a range of crockery and cutlery which can be used.
Outside
We have recently developed a side garden called the ‘pocket park’ which can be used for a range of daytime outdoor functions.
We also have a new car park at the rear of the hall which can provide onsite parking for up to twelve cars. Contained in the car park is a hard standing area with power sockets which is an ideal solution for a range of outdoor food options.

Timings
Please remember we are a very busy hall and we have a requirement that all bookings run to the timings agreed as you run the risk of affecting a booking either before or after your event.
It is a requirement of your hire that all furniture is returned to the storage area, all crockery and glassware is washed and all rubbish is removed from the building to our outside bin area.
